A highly respected, multidisciplinary creative agency is seeking a talented and driven Senior Producer to join their close-knit London team. This position involves working closely with the senior producer, supporting agents and artists in executing exceptional shoot production. Key responsibilities will include: Manage and oversee a wide range of budgets - from small editorial shoots to full-scale commercial campaigns across both stills and motion. Independently lead all aspects of artist production: client liaison, estimating, optioning, scheduling, travel logistics, on-set management, external production partners, film processing, post-production workflows, and final delivery. Build and manage detailed post-production pipelines for both analogue and digital projects. Reconcile all financials accurately and on time, reporting final profit to Directors. Provide thoughtful, strategic budget solutions aligned with client goals and creative concepts. Prioritise diversity, accessibility, and equitable representation when hiring crew or engaging collaborators. Maintain and grow strong industry relationships across vendors, peers, partners, and clients. Support, inspire and empower a passionate and collaborative team during a period of growth. Demonstrate strong judgment, adaptability, and a calm approach when navigating challenges. Assist with general office tasks as needed, contributing to a positive and supportive studio environment. What We’re Looking For: A solid senior Producer with proven experience in agency or artist-representation environments. Strong budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and problem-solving ability. Someone passionate about the producer craft, looking for long-term stability in an established team. A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and organisational skills.
