InterQuest are delighted to be working with one of the most trusted Price Reporting Agencies(PRA) with the recruitment of a Head of Rewards on a contract basis.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver reward separation activities
- Designing a global reward and recognition strategy
- Design and then maintain the employee benefit offering (incentive schemes, auto-enrolment, pensions, and employee benefits schemes including all matters reward and recognition) - Identify and rollout out a digital benefits platform, where appropriate
- Managing all benefits providers (contract and cost management), and any other reward providers
- Analysing and preparing data and reports for the board. Complete monthly and annual benefits administration (including the pension scheme), ensuring accurate and timely processes are followed
- Reviewing and updating remuneration policies ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations - Management of budgets
- Design a pay strategy and conduct periodic pay surveys; conducting job evaluations; support other changes to colleague reward structures
- Administering the annual salary benchmarking review, analysing data and providing insights to the Exec and HRIS and Payroll team
- Design a global grading programme.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
- Previous experience in a senior reward role, with global experience (esp US)
- Strong remuneration and reward skills and experience
- Highly numerical, analytical with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data/ excel skills - essential
- Experience of working in a fast paced, growing business
- Ability to both design strategic initiative as well as operationally deliver.
