We are looking for a Compensation Specialist who is seeking an exciting opportunity to develop and broaden their reward experience in a newly created role within the Reward team. Working closely with senior business leads and HR business partners, you will report into the Reward Director and be supported by 3 Reward Analysts. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring the reward package is globally competitive, aligned to the business strategy and complies with regulatory requirements
- Evolving the job grading approach and internal pay band structure

- Ability to multi task and produce work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work across geographical and functional boundaries, strong influencing skills and ability to work across levels within the organisation
- Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and willing to assume responsibility for a wide range of tasks and issues
- Excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

At Hiscox we care about our people. We hire the best people for the job and we’re committed to diversity and creating a truly inclusive culture, which we believe drives success. We have also learned over the past 15 months that working life doesn’t always have to be in the office, and when it’s safe to do so, we will be introducing hybrid ways of working to encourage a healthy work life balance.
