We are looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator, to join our fast-growing manufacturing company and work on a full-time basis for our in-house component distribution business Anode Cathode.

**Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Preparing daily shipments for dispatch; picking, packing, taking photos, and checking stock out of the system.
- Preparing commercial invoices and shipment labels
- Checking in all new stock arrivals using our in-house system
- Warehousing all stock that has arrived and is unsold
- Assisting with sale queries, providing photos and information when required
- Liaising with couriers regarding delayed or lost shipments when required
- Keeping on top of daily shipments and overdue payments
- Regular stock takes as and when requested by the FC

**You will need to be;**
- Conscientious, reliable, **highly accurate, **and logical
- Confident working with IT, and willing to learn new systems
- Knowledge of electronics would be most desirable but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Poole, BH12 4AL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
