In Stakeholder Engagement we have an important role to play in bringing this part of our business operations and strategy to life. Our purpose is to help our colleagues, investors and potential recruits understand our key messages, what we do and why we do it. We’re constantly exploring how we can create engaging communications for programmes, projects and activities to keep colleagues and investors informed.

As Stakeholder Communications Executive, you’ll support and bring to life our internal communications strategy. You’ll be tasked with writing engaging copy for use across multiple channels; multimedia content creation and delivery; and managing internal employee events.

You will be part of our growing team, dedicated to creating the best experience for our stakeholders. We’re excited to add new people who share a passion for engaging communications and want to develop and progress with us.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the development and execution of internal engagement plans and initiatives
- Delivering regular communications to all employees, ensuring messages are clear, consistent and in the right tone of voice
- Developing and managing internal communications channels and content calendars
- Building relationships and liaising with colleagues across Idox to ensure that communication channels are accurately reflecting the activities of our teams
- To enhance and promote our DRIVE core values and support the development of culture within Idox
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to develop and amplify our employee engagement opportunities on external channels (website, socials etc)
- Assisting with the planning and management of employee engagement events across the group
- General administration and additional duties as required

**Skills you need to succeed (essential criteria)**:

- Self-starter who will propose and implement creative ways to communicate with our stakeholders
- Excellent storyteller with strong editing and writing skills
- An understanding of what makes great content and how to create and curate it 
- Light graphic design and web content management skills
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms particularly LinkedIn and Twitter
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Passion to innovate our communications, try new things and step outside the box
- Degree in marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
