**Job Overview**:
- The Client Success Executive has a proven track record for building excellent client experiences.
- You will be talking to clients most days, to understand their feedback, needs and expectations.
- Support the Client Success Manager with taking data and trends to the product development, and sales and marketing teams to review.
- You will work collaboratively with various departments, including service design, sales, marketing, and the SmartPA Training academy to drive client improvements.
- You will be assisting with the NPS programme, client surveys, Trustpilot reviews and supporting the organisation's lifetime value customer goal.
- You will be the first point of escalation for our international client base and will manage any potential or occurred client issues, looking at root cause analysis to ensure repeat incidents don't occur.
- You will be experienced in a customer-facing role and have some a background in administration.
