We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Domestic Connections Team in either Salford or Preston

**Our Role**

The role of the Customer Care Coordinator is to deliver a first class seamless customer experience, providing advice and guidance throughout the customer journey, being that one point of contact for the customer.

You will utilise your excellent communication and influencing skills to triage queries, determine needs and coordinate all activities through to the customer project closure. You will act as the main point of contact throughout the delivery of connections work, managing informal and complex customer complaints through to resolution, working with our in house design team where re-designs are required due to changing customer requirements and ensure all customers receive a close out telephone call post work completion.

**What we are looking for**:
Experience delivering first class customer service;
Be proficient in use of MS Office specifically Outlook and Excel;
Have exceptional communications skills to work within an effective team;
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure;
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and maintain data integrity;
Excellent time management and able to be adaptable and organised.
