Location: Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom

You will need to have a passion for art, an eye for detail and a desire to deliver ultimate customer service, ideally backed up through recent experience in a service-led environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating sales and assisting with marketing of our products
- Data entry onto our CRM & management systems
- Knowledge of Enter Gallery finance scheme(s) and assisting clients with purchase options
- Assisting with wall-hangs within the gallery
- Attending and assisting at Gallery events and/or external events
- Assisting and working collaboratively with our Buying department
- Adhoc artist liaison
- Ensuring complete knowledge of stock items and new artists onboarding
- Cash and credit facility handling
- Knowledge of framing services

**Requirements**:

- Proven record of excellent customer service delivery
- Sociable; able to engage and interact with clients
- Ability to ‘think outside of the box’; to be creative, innovative and use initiative throughout all aspects of the role
- An interest in art is preferred but more important is a hunger to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
