**Area Sales Managers Wanted**
**What are the key responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager?**:

- Achieve agreed annual and monthly order intake and gross margin targets
- Sell the whole service product range into municipal and industrial markets in northern England and Scotland
- Conduct a minimum of 17 customer visits per month(about 60% of working days is customer facing)
- Achieve outcomes agreed in annual performance reviews
- Focus on winning new key accounts/service contract based business
- Manage and retain the existing customer base and exercise customer relationship management
- Cooperate with other ASM's and support other market sectors as agreed
- Undertake business, market, competitor analysis and prepare rolling annual business development plans.
- Develop customer strategies
- Lead customer presentations
- Work closely with the sales support team and engineering department to produce good quality and timely quotations and tenders
- Produce detailed, accurate and timely customer visit reports
- Use of the sales lead documentation for quotation enquiries
- Produce other reports as requested by managers
- Maintaining sales opportunities, clients and installed bases ensuring these are update within the CRM.
- Maintaining the already high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that end user, and internal customer reports are correctly reported, investigated and remedial action is swiftly taken.
- Act as the main communication link for service enquiries and orders.
- Attend group meetings as required e.g Service Team Meetings.

**What skills are we looking for in an Area Sales Manager?**:

- Sales and negotiation skills - Must be highly self motivated and enthusiastic to win business.
- Familiar with mechanical and process equipment(some knowledge of separation equipment is advantageous but training and support is provided as needed)
- Good knowledge/understanding of site operations
- Good communication
- Team Player

**Vacancy Details**:
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri
