What will you be doing?

As our Group Database Administrator, you will have sole responsibility of updating and maintaining the Pentagon Groups Sales and Aftersales databases.

You will be working alongside the Marketing Team in a bid to tailor marketing programmes effectively whilst ensuring that the information you are handling is in accordance with the latest Data Protection and GDPR laws. This includes monitoring the quality of the data input, as well as extracting information from the database to produce meaningful reports. Your role will be to help to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry management through to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales customers.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm.

Previous experience in the motor industry would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
