We're hiring an Operations Executive to oversee the operations for guests booking luxury, high-net-worth adventure travel experiences around the world.If you excel at delivering exceptional service, coordinating complex travel elements, and being the calm, proactive point of contact, this type of client relies on, this role will suit you perfectly.What You'll do as an Operations Executive:Manage the customer lifecycle: booking, pre-trip preparation, on-trip communication and post-trip follow-upHandle all email/CRM case management with fast, SLA-driven responsesCollect and validate essential pre-trip information including documents, logistics, dietary needs, arrivals and accommodationCoordinate special requests, bespoke arrangements and customised add-onsProvide proactive trip check-ins and support throughout each journeyResolve customer issues end-to-end and escalate when requiredManage post-trip feedback, communications, photo sharing and loyalty follow-upsCollaborate with premium suppliers such as hotels, transfer partners and activity providersSupport revenue tasks such as invoice updates and reconciliationsMaintain high-quality data across CRM systems, shared inboxes and tour schedulesWhat You'll Bring as an Operations Executive3–5 years' experience in an Operations type role from within a Travel tour operator or Business Travel or corporate travel or a premium Travel service environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisation and ability to manage multiple trips at onceCalm, solutions-driven approach under pressureExperience within travel, or luxury service is desirableComfortable working with CRM tools, shared inboxes and spreadsheetsWhy This Role?You will play a key role in delivering exceptional HNW adventure travel experiencesWork closely with sales, operations, trip leaders, suppliers and financeHybrid working is an option but we are looking for someone within the Derby or surrounding areasA varied role with meaningful impact on customer satisfaction, retention and repeat bookingsOpportunities for long term progression Working PatternStandard business hoursRota-based out-of-hours/on-call support for trip start and end daysIf this role sounds like the right fit, apply directly on LinkedIn or contact me for a confidential conversation.
