This is a great opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator or Assistant Buyer to join this leading IT Services Business and assist in the sourcing and stocking of a broad range of IT products to meet the demands of it's ever increasing customer base.

As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for managing product sourcing, pricing and lead time management for run rates and special order items as well as responding to purchasing queries in an effective manner

You will also be expected to develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the business gains a competitive advantage in the channel and can effectively foresee and respond to changes in the market.

You will also need to ensure any challenges or issues with orders, goods-in and invoice queries are managed and dealt with effectively and in a collaborative manner.

As an accomplished Purchasing Administrator or Assistant Buyer you will have a knowledge and interest in IT hardware and software, an understanding of the purchasing process and excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers on a commercially crediblebasis.
