**The Role**:
To assist the Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger functions in all aspects of finance administration. Ensuring that revenue is correctly recorded and charged and that purchase invoices are processed promptly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Supporting the purchase and sales ledger team with the transactional finance administrator
- Ensuring income and purchases are recorded correctly
- Processing purchase ledger statement reconciliations
- Setting up new direct debits
- Issuing invoices and statements as required
- Producing bank reconciliations and postings
- Assisting in trial balance review
- Reconciliation of income accounts
- Assisting with the management of the sales ledger and purchase ledger inbox
- Assisting the Income Manager with resident billing and queries
- Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Income Manager and Purchase Ledger Manager
