Our client is a highly successful and expanding Wealth Management firm, widely recognised with an excellent reputation based in London.

**The Role**

This is an exciting new role following the client’s Investment Management Business Team launching their own Funds.

The Fund Administration Specialist will support in providing guidance on the set up of new funds, as well as the creation of new sub-funds within an existing UCITS structure.

The Fund Administration Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day fund administration of in-house managed funds including, daily cash subscription and withdrawal monitoring, FX administration, cash and stock reconciliation and facilitating margincalls.

The Fund Administration Specialist will provide guidance as needed on the creation and set up of new fund structures and perform analysis on fund profitability.

The Fund Administration Specialist will manage the relationship with the firm’s Discretionary Fund Managers, Custody Services and external parties in relation to Funds and EAM activity

The Fund Administration Specialist will produce and maintain policies, procedures and workflows relating to the day-to-day maintenance of fund management

The Fund Administration Specialist will assist in the production of Management Information, assist in the analysis and implementation of new funds, and assist the wider team in its reconciliation activities of externally managed accounts

Must have in-depth knowledge and working experience of understanding of fund creation, fund set up and fund administration - essential

Investment Operations Certificate or other entry level qualification

Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

Working knowledge of hedged share classes - desirable

Experience of reconciliation processes to the standards outlined in CASS 6 and 7 or willingness to learn processes to this standard - essential

Technically minded with ability to create Fund processes from scratch within and Investment Management environment.

Able to prioritise and self-manage
