Force Over Mass & Floww are looking for a Fund Administrator to come and join their VC arm of the business. Force Over Mass focuses on early and growth stages of technology innovation (Fintech, AI, SAAS, and Marketplaces). We invest in entrepreneurs with a unique mindset and skills to execute transformational business models.

This cross company role will focus on managing the existing seed funds and growth funds, as well as the innovative new structures that the Floww & Force Over Mass collaboration is bringing to market. With over 175 investments, providing stellar performance, the extensive knowledge gained over the last decade forms the foundation of the next iteration of the VC model. What we look for is a finance professional with outstanding academic and professional skills, including complex financial modelling.

- Starting Salary: competitive package in the range of £ 60,000 - £ 80,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you'll be doing**:
You'll be joining Floww with a focus on the Venture Capital Fund. You will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who we will look to manage the day-to-day operations of our fund and support our investment team. As our Fund Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team, helping us to grow and succeed in the exciting world of venture capital.

Some of the things you'll be owning are the following:

- Manage and oversee the fund's financial and administrative operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Ensure the fund is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and filings.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly and quarterly financial reports, for investors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and investment activities.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including auditors, lawyers, and tax advisors.
- Support the investment team in various analytical tasks, such as financial modelling, portfolio analysis, and performance measurement.
- Regularly report internally on the status of existing fund and individual investment performance.
- Manage due diligence, and coordinating with potential investors.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures for the fund.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in Fund Administration, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management or Banking.
- Numerical with strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA is essential.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct high-level conversations with senior executives or clients.
