**We are currently seeking an experienced, full time (40 hours per week) Payroll Assistant to join our organisation.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Processes the Company’s payroll.
- Computes employees positive return and processes payroll via Sage payroll programme.
- Supports employees on wage queries and assisting in understanding Company employment processes with regards to wage processing.
- Ensure Online Gateway with HMRC is maintained for PAYE, National Insurance Contributions and other benefits.
- Liaising with providers of services, supplies and meeting them to maintain business relations.
- Assist in implementing new technology such as rota systems and clocking in machines.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Good numeric and literacy skills
- Good computer skills - all Microsoft programmes
- Experience of using Sage is beneficial
- Caring attitude
- Good communication skills
- A strong team worker
- Supportive and patient
- Reliable and punctual

Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. However, on occasions may include evenings and weekends to meet business and operational needs. **Salary is negotiable depending on experience.**
