Our client is recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator in the Skelmersdale area for an immediate start** Our clients new head office is recently refurbished it is a clean and modern working environment. They regularly take part in organised charity events in and outside the office that their employees love to take part in, from bake sales to Christmas Jumper Day Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday Rotating weekly shifts of Mon-Fri 07:30-16:00 or Mon-Fri 12:30-21:00 Benefits include: **Salary**: £21,621.00 per year - Free onsite parking - Free tea and coffee - Employee discount - Friends and Family Discount - Discounted fresh food on site - Bonus Scheme - Employee Assistance Programme - Discount and recognition platform - Save as You Earn Scheme - Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay after 1 year of employment - 30 Days annual leave from the start of your employment and increasing each calendar year with continuous service up to a maximum of 33 days. **Your key responsibilities will be**: - First port of contact for all warehouse administrative procedures - Being a point of contact for warehouse colleague queries - Providing strong administrative support to the warehouse manager - Assisting with internal event organisation - Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate purchasing of consumables/cleaning products - Maintaining/housekeeping of employee files - Liaising with external companies/suppliers to assist in the smooth running of warehouse operations - Assisting Shift Managers with absence management - Monitoring staff attendance using internal TMS and HR software - Collate / Report issues with stock orders - Minute taking in meetings - General Admin Tasks **As a Warehouse Administrator, your essential skills should include**: - A self-starter with the ability to work form own initiative - Flexible attitude to work arrangements - Positive "can-do" attitude - Meticulous attention to detail is a must - Fist rate communication skills, both written and orally - Proficient in PC (Word, Office, Excel) - Basic HR experience would be advantageous - Ability to manage work load and work to strict deadlines
