Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: The Glasshouse, Alderley Park
Working Hours: 5 days a week / 9am to 3pm
About Us:
Larkspur Lodge is a leading wedding venue in Cheshire, renowned for its rustic charm and exceptional events. We partner with Fork and Field Catering to provide outstanding, locally-sourced cuisine, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities
- Support with administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure all event details are in place
- Assist the team with documentation, reports, and follow-up communications
- Ensure records and databases are kept up-to-date and accurate
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required

Pay: £15.00 per hour
