A leading provider of high-quality cable products, solutions and services are looking for an experienced **Office Administrator** to join their **Cheshire** based team.

**What will you be doing as an Office Administrator?**
- Efficiently and accurately handling HR, recruitment, and office tasks
- Offering expert guidance and counsel to managers regarding workforce management matters
- Aiding in the absence management process
- Serving as the initial contact for any HR inquiries
- Ensuring timely and precise documentation creation, collection, and storage
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating HR records regularly
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies
- Assisting in crafting job adverts, interview materials, and marketing content
- Keeping company notice boards up to date
- Providing support for payroll activities
- Handling Health & Safety administrative tasks

**What do you need?**
- Previous experience within a HR/Administrative role
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
- An organised approach to tasks
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable)
- Previous health and safety experience (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Macclesfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
