Office Angels are recruiting for an Administrator to join our client based in Macclesfield. This role has arisen due to an internal promotion and is a great opportunity to join a growing company

Duties will include:

- Supporting sales and project teams
- Typing of correspondence, reports and documents
- Updating CRM system
- Prepare sales orders
- Manage purchase orders
- Liaising with internal departments to solve queries and ensure orders and projects are fulfilled
- Previous administration experience
- Good IT skills. MS Office is essential, experience of CRM systems and Sage would be an advantage
- Good organisation skills, ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers
