**Responsibilities**_We’re hiring_**
Aon are currently recruiting a Broker / Associate Director to join our US Wholesale Cyber team, which forms part of the Global Broking Centre.
As a Broker you will be responsible for co-ordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd’s and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis in accordance with Marketing Strategy.

**Global Broking Centre**
The Global Broking Centre is an integral part of Aon’s global broking strategy. It provides colleagues from across the Aon network with access to specialist brokers and client managers, dedicated client solutions and thought leadership, and significant globalinsurance capacity.
The GBC works with network colleagues to deliver market-leading solutions to Aon clients, creating a competitive advantage in our placement strategies worldwide.
**The Team**
The Cyber team comprises of 35 individuals, with the US arm currently being 10 Brokers with their own expertise and various levels of experience. The team serves a wide portfolio of large, predominantly multinational clients emanating from across the US. Thisis an exciting opportunity to join a fabulous Team in a fast-paced working environment, with access to Lloyds, the London market, and other Aon facilities to deliver great solutions for Aon’s clients.
**About the Role**
Some of your key responsibilities will involve:

- Client/network engagement:

- Relationship development/management
- Quoting terms, and completing tenders/RFPs
- Presenting terms
- Binding coverage
- London market Broking:

- Submission drafting
- Face-to-face Lloyds Broking, and E-trading
- Quoting and placing business within the London market including facilities.
- Relationship development/management
- General administration:

- File maintenance and management including marketing sheets
- Document/MRC/MRCe review and completion
- ECM/critical document/KPI management
- The use of PPL and other London market / Aon proprietary systems
- Processing/invoicing
