We’re Hiring
Aon is currently recruiting a Cyber Broker to join our innovative Global Broking Centre business. The role will support increased revenue opportunity on cyber placement following increased client demand and constantly evolving market conditions.

Reporting into the Executive Director and with an allocated geographical region your role purpose will be as follows:
Supporting the aims of the Division ensuring delivery of a high quality and efficient cyber placement service
To be the most effective broker in the market, based on professionalism, customer focus and team collaboration.
Responsibility for the broking of a portfolio of clients/prospects with Cyber risks Key Accountabilities
Manage all broking/placement activities for a portfolio of clients and prospects including:
Client relationship management
Lead quote broking
Providing benchmarking and placement advice to clients
Produce and deliver tenders
Establish and manage pipeline
Present terms to client / network
Market broking
Define marketing strategy
Provide technical wording advice to client and network
Create bespoke wordings / clauses Person Specification
Ideally, you'll be able to demonstrate sophisticated Cyber insurance technical knowledge and an understanding of mid-market and large corporate risks including multinational exposures.
Further key qualities that we look for in this Cyber Broker role are:
Excellent understanding of insurance market dynamics and core processes;
Previous experience of leading Large Complex risk transfer programs
Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service;
Experience of managing effective client relationships;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
