Aon are currently recruiting a Broker to join our dynamic and market leading Cyber treaty team in London. The role necessitates working in partnership with client teams, across geographic regions within North America, APAC and EMEA to ensure client/networkneeds and expectations are met.. The role provides the opportunity to build relationships, design reinsurance strategies and develop business with clients in the fast paced and rapidly developing Cyber market.
As a Broker you will be primarily responsible for the placement execution to all reinsurers globally thus having the ability to develop relationships with markets together with strong negotiation capabilities are paramount.

**About the Role**
**Your impact as a Broker -Cyber Treaty Reinsurance**:

- Working with clients on complex, large capacity placements.
- Provide advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, available coverage and capacity, likely pricing, potential coverage enhancements and market progress.
- Identifying appropriate channels for risk placement and exerting influence on the market in order to secure the best deals.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of placement with the market.
- Working on client projects that cover broking strategies backed by analytics and market research in conjunction with other colleagues.
- Work on and provide supporting analytics and research required to develop and deliver market presentation and broking strategy (Both individually and alongside Aon Analytics and Modelling).
- Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adverselyaffect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
