Aon is currently recruiting a Reinsurance Broker Specialist, to join our Property Specialty team within the Global ReSpecialty division, with a key focus on APAC accounts.

**About the role**:
As a Reinsurance Broker Specialist within the Property Specialty team, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Review of coverage, structuring, and pricing in coordination with Actuarial and Analytics colleagues.
- Technical and strategic broking service in support of the Account Executive and wider client team in placing and servicing of Property Specialty Reinsurances, with a focus on APAC accounts.
- Resolution of queries received from clients and reinsurers - liaising with colleagues within other departments and local offices as necessary.
- Collection and analysis of data necessary for the preparation of market submissions and presentations.
- Work in partnership with the client team in the marketing of reinsurance placements, involving communication with both clients and reinsurers (in both London, Bermuda and international markets).
- Working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

**About you**:
Your knowledge and expertise:

- Technical (re)insurance knowledge, particularly in Property Specialty.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Project management experience preferable.
- Data analysis & high-level mathematical/statistical education preferred.
- Good level of IT competency (high level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to.
- Experience of working in a team environment.
