We are excited to be working in partnership with a client looking to recruit a HR Business Partner. You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative team, working alongside a newly formed HR team. As HRBP you will support a variety of business unitswithin this education establishment to deliver a first-class HR service.

Duties are broad and require a hands-on approach with an emphasis on being flexible and responsive to customer’s needs. You will have responsibility for ensuring an excellent recruitment, selection and appointments service is delivered, responding to day-to-dayissues, provide advice to managers on probation reviews, maternity, sickness absence and support managers with investigations and complex casework including formal grievances and disciplinaries.

You may currently be in a generalist HR Adviser/Officer role, partly or fully CIPD qualified and be familiar with using HR systems. You will be able to demonstrate up to date employment law knowledge and have a flexible approach to your work.
