Our client, Atlas Maintenance Limited, provide well-respected, reliable and high-quality building services, installation and maintenance throughout London and the home counties. Their priority is to ensure their customers’ systems are reliable, safe andefficient.

As Helpdesk Administrator for Atlas Maintenance, you will provide key administrative support for the Service Department. Working in a small team, this involves being the first point of contact for clients and engineers coming into the office, providing themwith high quality, accurate information in a timely manner. In this role, there is scope for progression.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Organisation tasks - typing, managing logbooks, scanning, handling deliveries and post
- Answering the phone
- Assisting with invoicing tasks, delivering cheques to the bank
- Assigning tasks to the Engineers’ diaries, including training and holiday.
