**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Leader at Adobe who will connect strategy and execution across EMEA for the Digital Experience portfolio. As the Head of Integrated Campaign Marketing team (EMEA) you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Global Marketing, Worldwide Field Operations, and the DX Product Management groups to develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans aligned with overall go-to-market and lead-to-loyalty goals of the business.
Defining great customer experiences and developing a coordinated end-to-end operating model across customer interactions is paramount. Success will depend on local market and persona relevance across EMEA, and will require alignment, influence and partnership across the global teams to focus on best-in-breed account-based marketing, targeted demand generation, and nurture efforts.
As a senior leader in a multifaceted and fast-paced environment, you will need to have exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills, deep expertise in enterprise marketing methodology, and the ability to navigate complexity to deliver outstanding outcomes. What You’ll Do:
Evolve the Customer Experience Management (CXM) category; tell a bigger and clearer DX story across industries and audiences.
Lead the EMEA Integrated Campaign Marketing team.
Leverage market and customer research to build integrated Go-To-Market plans, ensuring orchestration and delivery across activation channels (including Communications, Digital, BDR, Exec Marketing and in-person Field Events).
Ensure that the Integrated Campaign Marketing team build and manage integrated marketing strategy, bill of materials, and customer/audience targeting across the campaign portfolio in region.
Collaborate with global marketing peers to evaluate and optimize campaign efforts, spend, and return across channels and markets.
Work closely with the local activation teams to ensure the consistent execution of campaigns and programs, adapting for regional nuances and adjust prioritisation as needed to improve outcomes.
Lead all aspects of the content roadmap for campaign execution in region, ensuring optimisation by channel, persona, customer lifecycle and region to ensure scalability, relevance and optimal customer experience.
Partner with Content teams to ensure messaging is aligned with Adobe’s value propositions and resonates with target audiences.
Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and communication across marketing initiatives.
Supervise progress and performance against critical metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership. What you need to succeed:
**Demonstrated B2B marketing leadership**: Consistent track record with significant experience in high-tech B2B marketing, experience in cloud marketing a plus.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
A drive to continually optimize and improve, combined with a steadfast focus on customer experience.
**Data-driven approach**: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies.
**Innovative and Growth Mindset**: Forward-thinking and continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
**Communication and collaboration**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
**Eye for business**: Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and ability to translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
Strong C-Level executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior executives.
Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve productivity and performance with a background of introducing innovative reporting and insight capabilities.
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
MBA or advanced degree a plus.
