Sale and Customer Engagement Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and approving online and in-school demos/training sessions
- Managing the demo request, sales, and bookings inboxes & populating Salesforce with the relevant information
- Supporting the co-ordination of exhibitions and conferences; booking accommodation & transport etc
- Managing Sales Team, Event, and Webinar follow ups
- Sales data collection and analysis
- Generate new business
- Responsible for attending, contributing to team meetings, and recording & distributing meeting minutes
**Experience**
- No previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in sales administration and customer service is desirable, along with knowledge of the education sector.
**Skills**
- Confident in taking calls and dealing with customer requests
- Basic knowledge of excel and using software to collate data
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage as well be a team player
**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year
