About the role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our Supporter Services team.

The Supporter Services Coordinator (Individual Giving) plays a pivotal role by sustaining and growing individual giving contributions, ensuring excellent stewardship and a seamless experience for supporters and donors. The role supports income stream managers and collaborates with the wider Commercial team to enhance supporter engagement, optimise processes, and provide data-driven insights that contribute to Willen Hospice’s mission.

You will accurately manage supporter records, process data from third-party platforms, reconcile payments, and implement effective supporter journeys ensuring compliance with GDPR and leveraging innovative approaches to enhance donor experiences across multiple channels.

With 2 years’ experience of administration and use of CRM or customer management systems to record and interpret data, you will also have good numeracy skills and be able to plan ahead and communicate effectively with the team, managers and external contacts. Experience/knowledge of the charity sector would be an advantage.

Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice is the leading provider of specialist palliative care within the Milton Keynes area. We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community. Our person-centred care is delivered with compassion and respect for people’s wishes. We have an expanding Therapeutic & Wellbeing service offering Psychological Wellbeing, Social Care, Physiotherapy, Occupational and Complementary Therapy.
