- Our Medical Devices (or Regulatory Services RS) team ensures patient safety while supporting timely market access for our clients' medical device products globally. BSI has successfully achieved designation as a Notified Body in The Netherlands and United Kingdom and is an accredited ISO 13485 Certification Body recognised in many global markets.
- Our CSC team has a career opportunity available as Client Services Coordinator on a temporary basis in the Milton Keynes office.
- As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll communicate regularly with internal members of the medical devices team to set up and maintain client information, maintain certificates, field invoicing queries and more. You’d also be using software systems such as SAP, Microsoft packages like Excel, along with in house systems to complete these tasks.
- To be a successful Client Services Coordinator, you need to:
- Have proven and strong administrative skills with high accuracy/attention to detail-
- Be able to use Excel to sort, filter, and merge information-
- Have experience using SAP to create/edit customer information-
- Have invoicing experience/ raising of sales orders-
- Be confident in collaborative working with colleagues- We're also very interested to know if you have experience operating in the certification/Notified Body industry
