**Role Summary**:
We have a great opportunity for an **A dministrator and Executive Assistant** to join our Admin Team in PFP (Professional Fee Protection) to carry out mailing support to our accountants to help them sell the service to new clientsand encourage existing clients to renew. Undertake PA tasks for the managing director, including but not limited to, creating presentations, event organisation, communicating and setup of monthly webinars.

This is a Hybrid-role: Office is based in **Basildon** with some **Homeworking.**

**Key Role Accountabilities**:
**Mailing**
- Communicating with accountants offering a mailing service to help them to encourage their clients to join the tax investigations service.
- Creating and adapting letter templates to suit their needs.
- Sorting and organising client data on excel to create the mail merge into the letters.
- Formatting the letters to look professional and adding the client's own branded letterhead.
- Using the mailing machine to forward all letters with marketing info and send out via UK Mail.
- Follow-up mailing to those who have not responded to the original letter.
**Other**
- Assist the marketing team by creating marketing documents for our clients.
- Liaise with accountants and HMRC to organise monthly webinars.
- Assist with the presentations and set up of webinars on the GoToWebinar platform.
- Support colleagues by creating renewal quote letters for our accountants.
- Office assistance to monitor phones to clients who have general queries or would like a call back from the tax helpline.
- Administration for all our annual Tax Investigations Conference.
- Main contact for our speakers to ensure their presentations are ready for the day.
- Collate all the information needed for our delegate packs to pass onto marketing.
- Market the conference by phoning our regular attendees to see if they would like to register.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- PC and Mac Literate
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of printing process and paper stocks
