The HR Operations Team at HEE are looking for two new Resourcing Hub Team Leaders to join our high performing Sheffield based team. We are seeking to appoint 1 x permanent post.

Working in our centralised HR Operations Team, the post holder will coordinate and allocate work with a small team of recruitment assistants, ensuring that work is carried out to HEE standard and that KPI's are met. They will work in a supervisory, coaching, and mentoring capacity to support the Recruitment Assistants to perform their duties in providing an effective and efficient service to HEE for all staff groups across HEE, ensuring that all information leaving the department is to quality standards and in line with HEE’s policies and procedures.

As Resourcing Hub Team Leader, you will be committed to providing a first class end to end Recruitment & Resourcing service and will be the first point of contact for recruiting managers and applicants for all resourcing activity.

The role is busy and your days will be varied and will include:

- Managing end to end recruitment processes including advertising, conditional offers, pre-employment checks contracts and payroll forms.
- Processing contractual changes including extensions and change of hours
- Quality assurance of documenting produced by the team
- Training and upskilling members of the team
- Coordinating resourcing activity ensuring team KPI's are met.
- Maintaining recruitment SOPs and driving service improvements

The selection process will involve a Microsoft Teams interview and an online assessment.
Salary Progression

Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 4 with a full-time starting salary of £22,549 with a pay step increase after 3 years’ service.
