Basic Salary of £23,000 with a realistic OTE of £40,000 for a growing national retailer.

My client will offer you a great training and induction programme to support your key development and growth. We are looking for a Team Leader who has a real passion and flair for home design as well as the ability and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and manage their team. Their customers value the world class service they have been used to receiving from this market-leading brand.

What we are looking for in a **Team Leader**:

- Confident proactive approach when dealing with the customer-facing environment
- Ability to motivate the team and drive sales
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- The ability to up-sell and cross-sell across a wide range of product areas
- Able to advise customers on design, colour, and patterns
- Quick learner and able to learn in an ever changing fast paced environment
- Target driven and self-motivated individual
