WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

We are looking for someone who has great communication and influencing skills are essential & has excellent presentation skills.

You like to multi-task & you have good organisation skills with an ability to prioritise own work to make effective use of time available

You have a proven ability to communicate professionally with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. steering group members) & have a knowledge of online trends in communication and an understanding of blogging and social networking.

You are also passionate for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and what is happening in the world of digital communication.

You have proven experience using graphic design packages (such as Adobe creative cloud, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro, Indesign)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for delivering global and national communication from the service office team, as well as local communication, to all store co-workers to create awareness, drive engagement and build trust in the IKEA brand.
- Take responsibility for local co-worker digital channels such as Yammer, store magazine and IKEA Inside to facilitate dialogue, encourage co-worker involvement and contribute to an open and sharing climate.
- Securing effective store communication channels that are understood and anchored with leaders and co-workers.
- Take responsibility to co-ordinate and participate in co-worker events including charity fundraising
