38 hours per week, permanent contract
We are searching for a full time head receptionist for our dynamic, thriving Chiropractic centre in New Milton, Hampshire. We have been providing exceptional clinical care and customer service to the local community and beyond for over a decade and our aim is to continue to be a market leader in healthcare.

Our clinic is fast paced and we are continually expanding, refining and improving what we do and require a head receptionist to assist this by leading and developing our front of house team and well as overseeing sales and administrative patient management.

The reception team leader duties consist of:
- Working as a receptionist on some days; meeting and greeting practice members, booking appointments, handling enquiries, selling stock, completing administrative tasks, handling money.
- Leading the front of house team team in line with the Company’s culture ethos and exceptional standards
- Ensuring all front of house procedures are maintained and evolved
- Ensuring outstanding quality control is maintained throughout the centre at all times
- Ensuring that the well-being of our patients, practice members, clinical and support team is maintained
- Providing the first point of contact for new patients and our patient membership and the administration that goes along with this
- Being part of the business's leadership team and having an active role in the development and growth of the business
- Assisting with the centres marketing and growth strategy
- Assisting with the generation and analysis of monthly KPI’s and reaching targets
- Assisting with some recruitment, training and HR related to the front of house team.
Experience required:
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Exceptional PC skills including MS office
- Effective interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and plan strategically while managing the day to day
- Team management and leadership
