We are an independent family run veterinary practice in Warrington who truly values our team, our clients, and their pets.

We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to cover maternity leave in April. Experience at a veterinary practice is preferred but not essential as this is a challenging role.
- Welcoming clients and pets to our family run practice
- Answering phone calls and relaying information to clients and your team
- Providing face to face customer service to book appointments, take payments, advise clients of our Pet Health Plan and more.
- Entering data accurately in our practice management software.
- Ensuring all areas are adequately stocked with supplies and consumables and cleaned to a high standard.

**Job Type**: Part time

**Schedule**: Negotiable hours with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings and a mixture of early and late shifts

**Experience**: Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred) | Customer Service: 2 years (required)

**Salary**:Minimum wage

Opening hours: 8:30am - 7:00pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
