Deputy Customer Experience Manager – The Pet Vet (formerly The Vet) We’re on the lookout for a Deputy Customer Experience Manager to join us at The Pet Vet in Warrington This full‑time role covers one in four weekends and offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, well‑established team dedicated to consistently wowing customers by delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities A customer service superstar. Support the Customer Experience Manager in leading our Customer Experience Coordinators to create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Ideally, you already have some experience in the service/hospitality industry. Deliver a brilliant first impression. Act as the first point of contact – the face customers see at reception and the voice they hear on the phone – and consistently set the tone for the customer journey. Be the best at what you do. Receive the best training available, including CPD for veterinary reception teams through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association). Deliver an experience our customers can’t wait to tell friends and family about. Lead the check‑in and check‑out process on a tablet, guide customers to seating areas, offer refreshments, and upsell products and services such as the Pet Health Plan. A social superstar. Help extend our reach and drive higher footfall by posting regularly to local social‑media accounts, curating engaging content, and motivating colleagues to contribute. Experience with short‑form video (reels, trending audio) is a plus. Qualifications Experience in the service or hospitality industry (preferred).
