**We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team on a temporary basis.**

**This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across our schools, helping to shape the educational experience of our wonderful pupils. **Your opportunity**

Please note, you may also be required to work at Cuddington Croft Primary School, which forms part of our school cluster under the Executive Headteacher.

**What we are looking for**
- Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
- Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

Our school sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Warren Mead Infants and Warren Mead Juniors, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Danetree Primary School, Cuddington Croft Primary and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

**Start Date**: 5th January 2026

**FTE Salary**:£27,061 - £27,784

**Pro Rata Salary**: £24,250.44 - £24,898.35

**Pay Range**:GLF Specialist Point 1 - 4

**Hours**:37.5hrs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 08:15 - 16:00 & Tuesday 08:00 - 17:00 (Term time 39 weeks)
