The Role As Head of Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school. You will: Lead the development of outstanding teaching and learning across all phases. Design and implement a progressive, sequenced whole-school curriculum. Line manage and inspire teaching and subject staff, embedding inclusive strategies. Drive assessment, self-evaluation, and inspection readiness. Foster a collaborative, reflective, and high-performing staff culture. About You We’re looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about transforming lives through education. You will have: Qualified Teacher Status and a proven track record of improving teaching quality and pupil outcomes. Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and school improvement (middle leadership essential; senior leadership desirable). Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
