We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing customer service focused contact centre as a Customer Service Advisor based in the Sunderland area.

This role is perfect for those with no previous contact centre or customer service experience as you will receive 4 weeks of fully paid training and ongoing development to ensure you succeed in the role.

In the role, you will deal with incoming calls from existing customers with the aim of giving excellent customer service at all times.
