The Owner of a very popular bar and kitchen located in Lincoln is seeking a part time **Sous Chef** who can assist with the creation of dishes. In this role you will be required to cater for the restaurant which offers high quality, modern British all day dining. As Sous Chef you will also be expected to work closely with the HeadChef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and that all of the CDPs and Commis Chefs are aware of their roles as well as training them to progress their knowledge. You will be able to have input into the menus which are changing regularly. This is a greatopportunity to work with a talented, team that is striving to push standards forwards, with the backing of the owner. This role is 34 hours over 3 days a week Friday, Saturdays and Sundays which would suit a chef looking for a permanent position with lesshours than normal.
