We are recruiting for a **Talent Acquisition Assistant** to join our HR and Payroll team at **Snows Head Office **based in **Southampton **on a **12 month fixed term contract. **The contract will be reviewed near the end of this period with the potential of the role becoming permanant

**Your day**

The role will involve:

- Providing day to day support to the Talent Acquisition Advisor with proactive recruitment, onboarding, and systems managements
- Running weekly reports.
- Liaising with line managers to monitor the recruitment process, logging updates as they occur.
- Preparing and posting adverts for new and established vacancies.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Advisor with the creation of ‘talent bank’.
- In conjunction with the wider HR team, manage the onboarding process and manager Head Office introductions.
- Participating in recruitment events such as careers fairs and apprenticeship open days.
