As we continue to grow and innovate, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and bring fresh insight and expertise to support our corporate functions.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Southampton office, with hybrid working available.

Role Overview
Our in-house Talent Acquisition team is passionate about delivering exceptional service — to both our candidates and the business functions we support. We believe the journey to becoming Travel's Employer of Choice starts with inclusive, engaging, and responsive hiring practices that ensure a fair and positive experience for all.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll work closely with hiring managers across various corporate functions to define and deliver high-quality sourcing strategies that support great hiring decisions. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape recruitment activity that's aligned with business priorities and delivered with care, consistency, and professionalism.

This pivotal role will involve:

• Partnering with business functions to deliver tailored resourcing solutions, using internal and external recruitment data to inform decisions
• Translating role requirements into effective sourcing and selection strategies
• Using tools and platforms to proactively attract top talent, offering a value-added service that rivals external agencies
• Ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, with regular communication and a personal touch
• Supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Building strong relationships across the business to understand needs and deliver impactful hiring outcomes

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
