**About the Role**

You will be operationally responsible for the 360-recruiting journey for GTS (Group Technology Solutions) department, working as their trusted partner, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of the talent requirements of the business and be able to consulton relevant industry and market talent insights which impact delivery.

You will work with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand where the technical and digital skill gaps are and build an active diverse pipeline. It is important decisions made are in line with Quilter’s strategic priorities and goals.

You will monitor sourcing effectiveness through KPIs to identify improvements to sourcing strategies including number of direct hires, time-to-fill, agency spend, and diversity stats. You will ideally have strong experience with Workday or similar software.

You will understand the stumbling blocks that deter a business from interviewing diverse talent and guide managers, so they do what is right.

Your role goes beyond filling roles with external talent. Assisting colleagues and enabling movement within the business will also be a big part of your role.

**About You**

You will have knowledge and an understanding of the tech roles you will be recruiting for; proven capability in hiring for niche digital skillsets will be ideal.

A proven track record of recruiting and interviewing at high volume is essential.

You will be able to build great relationships with senior stakeholders, providing them with data driven solutions, regular and timely updates.

You will be highly persuasive and have knowledge of recruiting strategies, systems and processes, and marketplace trends.

You will be proactive, curious, and striving for continuous improvement and collaboration.
