Sales Representative for Compliance Services

seeking a commission-only sales representative to join Certify. This is a field-based role that involves going door-to-door in London, directly engaging small family-run hotels, property management companies, and other organizations in need of fire risk assessments and health and safety reports. Your sole focus will be getting the client on board and securing an initial agreement.

Commission Structure:

- Earn £200 per client for every new client you introduce who requires fire risk assessments or health and safety reports.
- Commission is paid once upon receipt of the first instruction from the client. You will not receive recurring payments, only a one-time commission for each new client secured.

**Responsibilities**:

- Go door-to-door in London, meeting small hotels, property managers, and organizations that need fire risk assessments or health and safety reports for their properties.
- Introduce Certify’s services and get clients to sign up for our services.
- Once the client places their first order, you’ll receive your £200 commission.

Important Notes:

- This role involves direct, face-to-face sales only. You will not be cold calling or working from an office—your job is to secure clients through personal interaction.
- You will only earn commission when the client places their first order. There are no recurring payments.
- Highly motivated, self-starting individuals comfortable with cold calling in person and knocking on doors to secure business.
- Previous sales experience, especially in commission-based roles, is preferred but not essential.
- No need to build long-term relationships—just get the client on board for the first order.
