**As a Head of Campaign, you will**:
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain events and campaign calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Execute campaigns aimed at generating demand, raising awareness, re-activating, or recruiting.
- Ensure three Campaign Managers are delivering campaigns on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
- Effectively track and analyze marketing ROI, specifically cost per lead and cost per opportunity, etc.Produce accurate and concise forecasts and reports to show success and ROI.
- Ensure team resources are managed, workloads are prioritized, and innovation is driven.
- Demonstrate the 'true value' of Marketing to key stakeholders.
**As a Head of Campaign, you will have**:
- At least 5 years experience as a campaigns manager, specifically within b2b environment.
- Experience using tools such as salesforce, hubspot, pardot, and word press.
- At least 2 years experience in an IT industry.
- Developed & delivered successful campaigns that proved ROI.
- Knowledge of both private and public sector verticals.
- Ability to plan, design, execute and analyze integrated sales & marketing campaigns aligned with the buyer's journey.
- Experience with recruitment campaigns and the ability to pivot to meet the challenges recruitment provides.
- Expertise in analyzing campaign effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement in the future
Again, this opportunity allows a high degree of flexible working with occasional office presence required for team catch ups etc.
