**Position Details**:
**Hours: 40 per week (9am-5pm Monday-Friday / Occasional Weekends)**

**Salary: £27,733 per annum**

**_As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:_**
- Managing enquiries and conducting show-arounds.
- Supporting the recruitment process for the home.
- Implementing and maintaining effective administration and financial systems to meet all requirements.
- Providing accurate information and ensuring all admin processes and documentation are in place.
- Managing transactions in line with financial procedures and maintaining reporting systems in the manager's absence.
- Complying with CQC essential standards and Anchor procedures.

**_Required Knowledge & Experience:_**
- Preferred but not essential: Level 2 Business Administration or Customer Service Level 2.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Understanding financial procedures, debt management, income collection, payroll processes, and budget management.
- Managing customers’ personal monies and understanding confidentiality and data protection within a care setting.
- Health & safety in the workplace.

**_Required Skills:_**
- Computer literate with experience in various IT packages.
- Well-organized with excellent planning skills.
- Ability to produce and present numerical data accurately with attention to detail.
- Capable of working individually and as part of a team.
