Acting as the first point of contact for Residents and their representatives, the home management, colleges, HR, payroll and finance teams, the Care Home Administrator plays a key role within the care home and the business. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a similar role The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload. Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals. Solid literacy and numeracy skills. Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems. Experience of cash handling and record maintenance. General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
