Offering stunning views and fantastic service, we are a family owned and operated hotel, bar and restaurant.

We are looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our experienced reception team. Must be friendly, hard working and have a passion for great customer service.

Shift Pattern is 11pm - 7am - minimum 2 nights per week

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Using our Radisson Property Management Software on a daily basis.
- To prepare all necessary documents for guest arrival and departure.
- Respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities
- Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the shift
- Ensure the safety of people and property in the hotel.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Complete all relevant fire safety checks
- Complete security walks to ensure all exits are secure, and all hotel floors are safe.
- Some cleaning tasks required e.g sweeping and mopping public area floors/breakfast buffet setup etc.
- Bar service for in house guests
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and reservations
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage your own time and work independently to complete tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
