We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Support Workers **to join our team here at **Wellgate Health** based in the **Folestone**, Kent area.

**Contract**: Full-Time and Part time roles on Days OR Nights.
**Hours**: Part time hours or full time hours from 20 to 40 hours a week on a rota basis.
**Pay**: £11.05 for days and £11.15 per hour PLUS a **£500 joining bonus** paid to you after your probation period.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
